How Small Event Photography Works
Every booking begins with a simple event inquiry. We review the date, venue, duration, and the moments that matter most, then shape a coverage plan that fits the event and the agreed access details.
For short event coverage, the session is usually planned around two to three hours, with the final image selection refined during curation. Duplicate frames, test shots, and technically unsuitable images are removed before editing begins.

Our work covers private celebration photography, small business event coverage, and community event photography, with optional speaker and guest portraits when the schedule allows. Location decisions are confirmed during pre-session planning so the coverage stays practical and organized.
After editing, the selected images are delivered through a private gallery. Delivery timing depends on the confirmed scope, retouching needs, and approval process, so the final handoff is set after the booking is confirmed.
